Skills Training @ Bethel Park HS

Basketball Skills Training with Coach Unrico Abbondanza and Coach Josh Bears is primarily located at Bethel Park School District for both Boys and Girls - Grades Kindergarten-8th. Our program uses a multitude of advanced training techniques and equipment which yield very productive results for enhancement in Shooting, Ball Handling, Passing, First-Step Moves, Explosive Finishing Moves, Footwork/Pivoting, Timing/Tempo, as well as Exercise/Conditioning. Players will have the opportunity to work directly with Coach Rico and Coach Bears to enhance their overall skills and confidence within all elements of player development. Length: Each academy training session from any of the above packages is 75 minutes. The K-2nd is a 60 minute session.

Schedule:

Boys/Girls: K-2nd ….. SUNDAY — 9a-10a

Boys: 3rd-5th ….. SUNDAY — 10a-11:15a

Boys: 6th-8th ….. SUNDAY — 11:15a-12:30a

Note: Players will be divided appropriately at each session by the coaching staff to ensure maximum development.
